I just stay for 1 night. The hotel is quite old but very convenient location.
They have aircon in the room, tv with few channel and very clean.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
My room is facing the street as well, if the balcony door is close, not too noisy.
Overall very pleasant stay, comfortable and cheap.
Will come back for sure next time :)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your wonderful staff on their excellent service throughout my stay at the Islander Resort Hotel. The service was amazing from arriving, to helping with buying tickets for the attractions, to just greeting us with a smile as we walked in and out of the hotel. Also to the staff that came and serviced our room even had a smile, so I would like to let you know that I will definitely be recommending this hotel to other people thinking about coming to Surfers Paradise and I will more than likely stay here again. I would also like to let you know that the staff at Vegas in Paradise are also excellent staff. Thank you very much again for your great service.

Our family of 4 stayed in a one-bedroom apt. Excellent price for the Excellent location, rooms and services provided. We had problem with our internet access and the staff went out of his way to assist us in the connection. We especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner on every Tuesday night. It was really value for $$$. Our room was on the 3rd story, faces the pool and the road junction but noise level was bearable. The hotel is also only a stone's throw away from the beach & amenities. Will definitely recommend to others considering visiting Surfers Paradise : )

Fabulous! Great location, lovely clean rooms, 5 star customer service. Have only been home 2 days and already recommended to everyone at my work. Will have no hesitations staying again. Thankyou so much for providing lovely accomodation at a sensational price. Can not say enough how wonderful the reception staff were, it was a pleasure!

the rooms are very clean and tidy but the lounge/bedroom in the apartments lack air-conditioning and if u need to open the balcony makes it very noise
