All of our pricing is listed below and outlines the type of room available, what is included and how many people can stay in each room. The room only rate for an extra person in the room is $28 per person, per night.

Booking conditions

Conditions

The special rates mentioned are subject to availability and valid until 31March 2010 unless otherwise indicated. Specials are not valid during Super GP 22-25 Oct 2009, Schoolies 21 Nov - 13 Dec 2009 and 22 Dec 2009 - 31 Jan 2010 and other selected peak periods. Please refer to Rack Rates for these periods. All bookings made indicate that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

^ When rooms are non-serviced, a daily service is available on request for an additional charge

* Limited rooms are available on the special rates

Cancellation/No Show Policy

A fee of one nights accommodation will be imposed for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date (calculated from midnight) or guests who no-show.
